Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to the Cargon Private Access (CPA) membership platform.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing CPA, or using platform features, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Membership platform use
CPA provides a private membership platform for browsing member-visible property opportunities, submitting platform requests, accessing educational resources, and using related member tools. Features may change, expand, or be limited during beta and ongoing development.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for your account credentials, accurate profile information, and activity under your account. You must not share access in a way that violates platform rules or applicable law.
Property information limitations
Property information on CPA is provided for member review and organization. CPA does not warrant that listings, prices, locations, photos, documents, or summaries are complete, current, or free of error. You must verify information independently before relying on it.
No brokerage, escrow, or legal relationship
CPA is not your broker, agent, escrow provider, title company, attorney, or financial advisor. Use of CPA does not create a brokerage, escrow, legal, fiduciary, or investment advisory relationship with CPA. CPA does not take custody of transaction funds or hold title to property.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, misrepresent your identity or authority, harass others, scrape data without permission, or use CPA in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Third-party professionals
CPA may display or connect members with independent attorneys, notaries, sellers, service providers, or other third parties. CPA is not responsible for third-party conduct, advice, pricing, availability, or outcomes. Your dealings with third parties are at your own risk and subject to separate agreements with them.
Payments and cancellation
Where buyer membership fees apply, payment processing and subscription management are handled through Stripe and the customer billing portal where available. CPA membership fees relate to platform access, not to purchase of any specific property. Cancellation and billing questions should be handled through the billing tools provided in the platform or Stripe customer portal.
Changes to the platform
CPA may update features, access rules, content, pricing displays, or these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted may constitute acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law.

These Terms of Use are a working draft for CPA V1 platform use. They are not final legal documentation and should be reviewed, updated, and approved by qualified legal counsel before broader public launch.
