Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Cargon Private Access (CPA) handles information in connection with the membership platform.

Draft for platform use only. This policy should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch.

Information CPA may collect

CPA may collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the platform, and limited technical information needed to operate the service. The categories below describe the main types of information used today.

Account and authentication data

When you create an account, CPA uses authentication services to manage sign-in. This may include your email address, account identifiers, name, preferred language, account type, and related profile fields stored in CPA systems.

Property request and support data

If you submit property requests, tour requests, support messages, or related platform communications, CPA may store the content of those submissions, associated property identifiers, contact details you choose to provide, timestamps, and status information so the platform can route and review requests.

Membership and payment status

CPA may store membership role information and subscription status needed to control platform access. Payment card and billing details are processed by Stripe. CPA generally receives subscription status and billing-related identifiers from Stripe rather than storing full payment card numbers directly in CPA application databases.

How information is used

CPA uses information to operate the platform, authenticate users, control member access, display relevant content, respond to requests and support messages, improve platform functionality, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service providers

CPA relies on service providers to operate the platform, such as hosting, database, authentication, payment, and infrastructure providers. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services to CPA under their own terms and security practices.

User responsibility when submitting documents

If you upload or share documents, messages, or personal information through CPA, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that information and for avoiding unnecessary disclosure of sensitive data. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

Data security limitations

CPA uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect platform data, but no online system is completely secure. You use the platform at your own risk and should avoid sharing information through CPA that you are unwilling to store electronically.

Contact and support

Privacy-related questions or account concerns may be submitted through CPA support channels available to members or through admin contact methods provided on the platform.

Draft notice

This Privacy Policy is a working draft for CPA V1 platform use. It is not final legal documentation and should be reviewed, updated, and approved by qualified legal counsel before broader public launch.
