CPA platform role
CPA is a private membership platform that helps members organize access to property opportunities, educational information, document context, listing details, and platform-based requests. CPA facilitates introductions and workflow inside the platform. CPA does not act as the buyer, seller, broker, agent, escrow holder, title company, or closing party in any transaction.
Not legal, financial, tax, title, brokerage, or escrow advice
Information on CPA is for general platform and educational purposes. CPA is not a law firm, attorney, notary, accountant, tax advisor, financial advisor, broker, escrow agent, or title company. Nothing on CPA is legal, tax, financial, investment, title, or escrow advice. You should consult licensed attorneys, notaries, tax professionals, financial advisors, government agencies, and other qualified professionals before acting.
No guarantee of transactions or outcomes
CPA does not guarantee any transaction, title, document, seller, attorney, notary, buyer, price, financing, registration, closing, timeline, or outcome. Platform review or organization of information is not a promise that a property, document, professional, or deal is complete, accurate, lawful, or suitable for you.
Property information and document limitations
Listings, summaries, scores, badges, notes, and documents shown in CPA may be incomplete, outdated, or subject to change. Where CPA references review or organization of documents or listings, that means platform-level review for member access — not a legal certification, title opinion, or guarantee of condition, ownership, or market value. You are responsible for independent due diligence.
Attorney and notary participation
Attorneys and notaries who participate in CPA are independent professionals. CPA may help organize profiles, requests, or introductions, but CPA does not employ them, control their advice, or guarantee their services. Any professional relationship is between you and that professional.
Buyer and seller responsibility
Members and users are responsible for their own decisions, due diligence, negotiations, payments outside the platform, and compliance with applicable laws. Sellers, buyers, and professionals remain responsible for the accuracy of information they provide and for actions they take.
